Cooktop has 6 sealed burners with a total stove top output of 83,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring brass burner for simmering and other delicate tasks like melting chocolate or cooking sauces, giving you the ability to cook up whatever delicious meals you desire. The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow for even heat distribution and maximum stability of cookware over a recessed enamel cooktop cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 5.36 cu. ft. oven features an encased blue enamel interior with insulated oven doors and 3-layer tempered glass windows.
